If your business is  interested in learning how to do business with local governments, the Society for Marketing Professional Services’s (SMPS) Washington DC chapter has announced a program that may be of interest.

Representatives from Fairfax County, Montgomery County, Prince William Countyand Prince George County will “share details on how to do business with them and upcoming project opportunities for the A/E/C community,” the chapter says in a newsletter posting.

The lunchtime program from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. will take place at The Tower Club in Tyson’s Corner on April 19.

Registration fees vary, depending on your status and whether you pre-register or register at the door. Students, for example, who register in advance pay $15 while non-member “walk-ins” will be charged $120.00.  Advance online registration closes on April 17.
